In 2024，at 8:31 AM on March 20, the Queqiao-2 relay satellite of the fourth phase of the lunar exploration program was successfully launched by the Long March 8 Y3 carrier rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Site in China. After 24 minutes of flight, the rocket separated from the satellite, directly sending the Queqiao-2 relay satellite into the planned Earth-Moon transfer orbit. The relay satellite's solar panels and communication antenna deployed successfully, marking the complete success of the mission.
